Candice King is an American actor from the United States. She reached the top of the Hollywood ladder when she played Caroline Forbes, the lead role in The Vampire Diaries. Although Candice became famous for her acting skills, she started out her career as a performer. The debut album of Candice, Always the Innocent People in United States, was released in the year 2009. Twelve of the fourteen songs in the album were written by her. She worked simultaneously on both her acting and appearing in two of the series, one of which was How I Met Your Mother. While she was able to sustain a stable career, her big break didn't happen until The Vampire Diaries. The show instantly brought her into the spotlight. Candice King was widely praised for her amazing acting abilities and performance. The actress reprised her character for all the eight seasons of the show that lasted for 171 shows. The Originals was her spin-off which debuted in 2018, and Legacies was followed by 2021.
